Memco Rotators are robust heavy duty design and built to rotate the Cylindrical vessels of all types.
Each set comprises of 1 Drive unit and 1 Idler unit.
The wheel brackets are accurately machined on Boring machine and are bolted on the roller beds. In this type of machine one of the roller bracket is fixed at one end of the base frame and the other is movable manually and fixed by HT bolts on the base.
In Drive unit both the wheels are individually driven by separate A.C. motor and gearbox. The motors are synchronized.
Speed variation is obtained by A.C. VFD Drive duly synchronized or D.C. Thyristorised control.
Types of Wheel : Polyurethane/Steel
Optional : Antidrift mechanism can be provided.
